A railway hotel of 1879 brought back into service, with the ballroom stripped, repaired and left almost empty.

The ballroom had been subdivided into offices for forty years. We removed the partitions, repaired the plaster and reinstated the shutters.
The room now runs as an event space with nothing permanent in it except light.
