A hotel dining room that has to work at seven in the morning and again at nine at night, and look intentional at both.

We split the room with a low green banquette so the breakfast footprint reads full at forty covers and the evening at ninety.
Linen, brass and a warm off-white plaster carry the whole scheme; the only colour is the banquette and the floor.
