A seventeenth-century coaching inn with low ceilings and uneven floors, restored without straightening anything.

Every room is a different shape. Rather than impose a standard, we designed twenty-two individual rooms from one material family.
The bar keeps its stone floor and its draught. We added light and left the rest alone.
